Who we are

Seher (seher.app) is a TikTok Shop intelligence platform operated by [Your Full Name / Company Name], based in England, United Kingdom.

We do not collect your name, phone number, address, or any sensitive personal data.

How we use your data

To provide the service — authenticating your account, enforcing plan limits, displaying your watchlist, and processing subscription payments.

Legal basis for processing

Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) — Processing your account, plan, and usage data is necessary to deliver the service you signed up for.
Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — Processing technical data and server logs to maintain security and improve performance.
Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) — Retaining payment records for the period required by UK law.

Third-party processors

We work with a small number of trusted third parties who process data on our behalf, each contractually bound to handle data securely and only for the purpose we specify.

Stripe

Stripe, Inc. processes payment data when you subscribe to Seher Pro. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. We never receive or store your full card details — only a payment reference ID. See stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Cloud infrastructure

Seher is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Account and usage data is stored in a secure cloud PostgreSQL database. All processing meets applicable data protection standards.

Product data source

Product trend data is sourced from publicly available TikTok Shop listings via a third-party data API. This source does not receive or process any of your personal data.

Cookies

Seher uses cookies to keep you logged in and, where you have consented, to understand how the service is used. For full details see our Cookie Policy. You can update your preferences at any time via the Manage cookie preferences link in the footer.

When you delete your account, all personal data is removed except payment records, which we retain for the legally required 7-year period.

Children
