These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Seher. By registering an account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Seher. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using Seher on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@seher.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate and current information when registering. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is not permitted.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
New Pro subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge. Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user and one trial per payment method.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled. We do not store your payment card details.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full Pro access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by law.
We offer refunds at our discretion for billing errors or technical failures on our side. Contact hello@seher.app within 14 days of the charge.
You may use Seher for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
All content, design, code, branding, and functionality of Seher is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Seher for your own personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Seher's content or technology.
Product data displayed on Seher is sourced from public TikTok Shop listings. We make no claim of ownership over third-party product data.
Your use of Seher is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR.
Seher provides market intelligence data for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of product trend data. Market conditions change rapidly and data should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
Seher is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok, TikTok Shop, or ByteDance Ltd.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@seher.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
